    Whelan Stone Coaching

Our coaching practice centers around two areas: helping people find their next job and working with people who need to "raise their game" in order to stay competitive.

In the first case, we help people develop a plan of action and create communication pieces to facilitate their job search. In the second case, we help clients who need to strengthen their skills right away and don't have the luxury of time. We coach them through a specific situation (performance plan, issues with boss or co-workers, positioning them for promotion, etc.) and create immediate results.

    Whelan Stone Executive Search

What makes us different from other executive search firms is the fact that Whelan Stone combines the search disciplines of the larger firms (Position Profile, Candidate Evaluations, etc.) with the service of the smaller boutique firms.

Our small portfolio of searches ensures that both principals will work on your search, recruiting every day to deliver a higher level of service. This is in contrast to large search firms, which usually have more junior level people representing your company to the marketplace.

With Whelan Stone you get a team approach to executive search with senior representation in the marketplace and the proven effectiveness of the search disciplines.
